When you live in Georgia, possibly the only way to escape the sweltering summer heat, (besides staying cooped up inside your house for months on end with the A/C on high) is to go swimming. Of course, sitting in a pool all day with the sun beating down on your arms, back, and face can have positive and negative affects.
